My program is designed for you to progress at your own pace, moving from Build-Up to Intense Burn, and finally to Killer Burn when you're ready.
If you’re just starting your quad/fitness journey, focus on Build-Up until you feel strong and confident to move up to Intense Burn. Once you’ve mastered that, challenge yourself with Killer Burn for maximum results!
I recommend completing the workouts 3-4 days a week, depending on your fitness level and recovery.
